| Amazing what Mothers keep. - Having being mailed over 50 years ago, I wish the invitation could tell me where all it's been. Obviously it was located some place in the house were the folks lived in Lueders until around 1964 when Mother moved to Abilene. It had to reside over on Old Hickory Street for about 8 years until 1971 when Mother moved to Florida. Shortly after moving to Florida, Mother gave me a box of stuff which she said belonged to me. I glanced inside and observed a scrapbook and other similiar articles. I got tired of walking around the box in the garage and so it was placed in the attic. I reckon the box sit in the attic for over 30 years. Last year in a clean up operation I took the box down and only recently went through it. I had mentioned our Junior/Senior Banquet while doing the Class of 53/54 Web Sites but, did not know at the time I had the Banquet Invitation. I found the invitation this past week and posted it on the Web Site. Everybody has STUFF. This is some of my STUFF. |
